Media Streaming Service / 流媒体服务
We have a streaming media platform built with completely open source technology, and under the support of large-capacity (over 12T) data, we provide users with the latest and highest-quality video resources in DN42.
我们拥有采用了完全开源技术构建的流媒体平台，在大容量（超过 12T）的数据支撑下，为用户提供 DN42 内最新和最优质的影视资源。
Due to limited network resources, we currently only provide services to the following customers:
Ultra: For customers who peer in the data center physically where media servers are located. We can provide up to 4K service quality in compliance with the reasonable utilization policy.
High: For customers who use the internal or peripheral network of the data center for tunnel peer interconnection. We can provide up to 1080P service quality in compliance with the reasonable utilization policy and upload ratio requirements.
Medium: For customers in the region who use routes that meet the streaming media quality requirements specified by us. We can provide up to 720P service quality, subject to reasonable utilization policies, outgoing ratio requirements, and tripartite utilization permits.
Low: For, customers who use a line that meets the streaming media quality requirements specified by us. We can provide up to 480P service quality, subject to the reasonable utilization policy, the outgoing ratio requirement and the permission of the tripartite utilization rate.
由于网络资源有限，我们目前仅为以下客户提供服务：
Ultra: 物理与媒体服务器所在数据中心对等互联的客户，在符合合理利用政策的情况下，提供最高可达 4K 的服务质量。
High: 使用数据中心内部或外围网络进行隧道对等互联的客户，在符合合理利用政策和传出比率要求的情况下，提供最高可达 1080P 的服务质量。
Medium: 使用达到本司规定的流媒体质量要求的线路的本地区客户，在符合合理利用政策、传出比率要求和三方使用率许可的情况下，提供最高可达 720P 的服务质量。
Low: 使用达到本司规定的流媒体质量要求的线路的客户，在符合合理利用政策、传出比率要求和三方使用率许可的情况下，提供最高可达 480P 的服务质量。
We do not provide any streaming services to users with poor lines.
我们不向线路过差的用户提供任何流媒体服务。
Any user who is not directly peer-to-peer needs a line usage license (that is, a tripartite usage license) from most of the ISPs (committing 80% or more) of the route.
任何非直接对等互联的使用者，均需要途径的大部分 ISP （承诺 80% 以上）的线路使用率许可（即三方使用率许可）。
